Information Revolutions

Richard Lowenberg's long-term body of art works and cultural activism, titled Information Revolutions, includes large paintings and sculptural works, night-vision photography, infrared thermal imaging, video installations, choreographed performances, the Internet, computer generated speech, music, interactive digital media, and writings to address issues of surveillance and privacy; information economics and ecology; networked collaboration; community mapping and planning; cultural, technological and genetic evolution; and other complex issues provoked by our becoming an increasingly tele-mediated society.

THE INFORMATION REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE TELEVISED.
IT WILL NOT BE CYBERCAST.
IT IS BEING WRITTEN WITHIN THE DEEPEST RECESSES OF OUR GENETIC CODE.
